Submit a complaint

Veterans and families

Benefits, veteran status, and support for families of the fallen and injured.

What to do

  1. Check your eligibility

Find out which category of veteran or family member of the fallen you belong to — this determines the list of available benefits.

  2. Gather documents

Prepare certificates confirming participation in hostilities, injury or death of a relative, and documents proving family ties.

  3. Apply to the relevant authority

Submit documents for a certificate or benefit to the social protection authority at your place of residence.

  4. If your rights are violated, contact the Ombudsman

In case of refusal, inaction, or non-payment of due benefits, file an appeal via the hotline, online cabinet, or a public reception office.

The Ombudsman reviews complaints about violations of the rights of war veterans and their family members, including obtaining status, certificates, and due benefits.
